Biography

An Assistant Professor at Public Administration Dep. Obtained PhD in Public Policy in 2018 from Keele University-UK; my thesis focused on key issues and challenges facing the public policy formulations in Jordan. I have previous experience working with international aid agencies, and she worked for the public sector in Jordan as a Senior Specialist. my experience focused on Public Policy, Public Sector Development and Excellence, HRM and Project Management. I’m a consultant and certified trainer in the previously mentioned fields and to women empowerment and leadership issues.
Between 2019-2021; I worked as a senior researcher in international project related to Syrian refugees in Jordan “TRAFIG: Transnational Figurations of Displacement”, the project funded by the EU-Horizon 2020. Recently, I’m working with colleague on a funded project to empower fresh graduates and equip them with essential business skills.
