Dr. Nora AboushadyBiography
Nora Aboushady is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. She obtained her B.A. in Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, a M.A. in International Economics from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). Nora has collaborated with the European Commission, the World Bank, the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD), the Organisation for Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the Center for Economics of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon- Sorbonne, Bath University and with the University of Manchester. Nora is a member of a number of research networks including the Economic Research Forum (ERF) and the Euro-Mediterranean Network for Economic Studies (EMNES). Her areas of interest include international trade, trade policy, trade in services, social policy and industrial policy.
