I am an economist by profession, with a particular focus on access to finance for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), financial sector development, economics of war and development economics. An assistant Professor of Economics and a former Deputy Dean of Colleague of Economics and Social Studies at Upper Nile University in South Sudan, I am currently on leave and working for the International Monetary Fund in Washington, DC.
