Professor in the Center for Women’s Studies, University of Jordan, Specialized in Socio-economics from University of Bradford/UK 1999, she started her career in 1986 as a member in the RED Department of the MOE. In 1989 she joined NCHRD as Researcher and Educatiol Data base alysis until 1997. In 2000 Prof. Amal was appointed in the post graduate faculty as the Dean assistant at Jordan universities. Within her career at the Jordan University, Prof. Amal El Kharouf was appointed in 2003 as Coorditor for Jordanian Executive Committee for Arab Women Summit as a part time assignment in the Royal Hashemite court. Within her career at the Jordan University, she was appointed in 2015 as Academic Consultant. at Princess Norah bint Abdulrahman University, Riyadh. she actively participates in around 35 Conferences, 18 semirs, 28 workshops participating as a trainer. She is also an independent researcher in a lot of projects locally and regiolly. she has done more than 49 researches and 3 books, extensive experience as trainer, she has Academic-Awards Distinguished researcher for the academic year 2011 at university of Jordan. Award of Scientific Research of Social Sciences at the regiol level by the Organization of Arab Women.
